Two technicians, both trained by BMW, working out of one unit in Llantrisant. Every qualification we hold was delivered by BMW itself through the retailer network, the electric and high-voltage work included.

Main dealer training is a method before it is product knowledge: diagnose before replacing, work to a documented procedure, prove the fix. We learned it inside BMW across more than twenty years, and it holds whether the car in the bay is an M3 or a Golf.
Both names are above the door because both of us are on the tools. Whoever books your car in is one of the two people who works on it, start to finish. Nothing is handed down the line.

Factory-level servicing, diagnostics and repair across the range, old and new.
Condition-based servicing to the car's own schedule, diagnosis before parts, and the digital record updated at the end of the job.
EV
IMI Level 4 electric and hybrid qualified, both of us: removing and repairing the drive battery and the high-voltage components around it.
Drive battery and charging diagnostics, alongside the brakes, fluids and filters an electric car still runs through.
M Power
M servicing to M intervals, pre-track inspection and performance work specified around the rest of the car.
The engine, cooling, brakes and driveline on an M car are different components on their own intervals, and the electronics expect exactly those parts.
German marques
Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT and Mercedes, to the same standard and on the same equipment.
Wet belts, timing chains and diagnostics included. The method is the one we were taught inside BMW, and it does not change with the badge on the bonnet.
